Physical Exams
Annual physical check-ups for good health and wellness.
Physical exams, also called medical or clinical exams, assist in diagnosing various medical issues. Combined with a thorough medical history, a physical exam will help determine the appropriate treatment plan if a patient shows signs of disease or illness. Routine physical examinations are performed on asymptomatic patients for medical screening purposes and preventative healthcare. Physical exams may also be required for pre-employment or insurance purposes.
Comprehensive physicals include extended screenings such as lab tests, stress tests, CAT scans, pulmonary function tests, x-rays, EKGs, audiograms, mammograms or prostate exams, vascular age tests, and urinalysis.
