On Monday through Friday we are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. We also offer weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Yes, we perform some labs and tests right in our office for your convenience! We offer cholesterol screenings, lipid, A1cs, PT/INR and glucose for labs. We have the ability to provide our patients with a wide variety of comprehensive diagnostic tests on site. ultrasounds, EKGs, spirometry’s, ABIs and nuclear stress tests,

We offer an annual flu shot vaccine every Friday while supplies last. For other immunizations, our office can help to facilitate getting the care that you need.

Bringing these few items with you to every visit, along with the first visit, will be very helpful. Items to bring include your driver’s license or ID card, an up to date insurance card, and a list of any medications you are currently taking. In addition, any test results or forms that you have been provided, such as lab results or x-rays etc.

Of course, we try our best to accommodate your needs. We know you are busy and you’re time is important to us. We can fit you in to be seen as a same day patient anytime Monday through Friday 7:00am-7:00pm., and on the weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 2:00pm. We are even able to have you establish as a new patient that same day if you need to be seen.
