Melinda Cobb PA-C, MMS graduated from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Micro/Molecular Biology. She then attended graduate school at Nova Southeastern University where she graduated top of her class with her Master of Medical Science Degree and received a second Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

She is an exceptionally qualified Physician Assistant with over 16 years of experience and training in multiple disciplines of medicine including emergency medicine, family medicine, urgent care medicine, ophthalmology, and orthopedic surgery. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, she worked as an EMT for several years for a busy 911 response ambulance company in Orlando, FL. Melinda prides herself in being a compassionate healthcare provider with excellent bedside manner and clinical acumen. She is someone who is highly analytical and organized with an observant, detail-oriented nature and who is dedicated to optimal patient care and wellness. Melinda also has experience as a clinical administrator in managing clinical operations and improving patient satisfaction. Most recently, she has taken on a side job in performing qualifying physical exams for disabled veterans to help them receive their well deserved benefits.

Melinda has lived in Brevard County for over 15 years with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending her free time volunteering as the Troop Leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout Troop, as a room parent and PTO volunteer at her childrens’ schools, and participating in local community service activities. She has a passion for the arts and enjoys singing, reading classic novels, and developing set designs for local theaters and directors as a hobby.
