Blood pressure monitoring for 24 hours while maintaining your usual daily activities. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) uses a small digital portable pressure machine. This machine is connected to a cuff around the upper arm, which is attached to a belt around the body, and is small enough that the wearer can maintain their normal daily activities and even sleep with it still on.
